At 26 years of age Sharon first trained in bodywork in the form of Bio Energetic Therapy, (releasing repressed emotions or body trauma) under Alexandra Kennedy MFC .

She trained  under Alex Burden with 2,000 hours of internship in Re-connective Therapy a form of emotional release bodywork developed by Alex.

Sharon has facilitated both women’s and mixed bodywork groups combining both catharsis and music to bring into consciousness emotional experiences and habits. The feelings originate in the past or even being induced by the method. The resulting relaxation after release has real merit.

Sharon enrolled in Twin Lakes College in Santa Cruz California in 1989
She’s is a certified A Massage Therapist trained there in Shiatsu, Swedish, Polarity, Acupressure, Reflexology, Body Mechanics. Anatomy.
Sharon was also trained by John Barnes in Myofascial Release I and II and Myofascial Unwinding.

Sharon attended Healing Hands School of Massage in Escondido California in 2000. She studied luxurious Spa treatments there, herbal wraps, aromatherapy wraps, rain drop therapy.She also studied Neuromuscular Therapy , Lomi Lomi , and Herbal practice in making massage oils, lotions, and how to look for herbs in the wild.

She gathered a great deal of experience in her 16 years as a Chiropractic Assistant.

All together Sharon over three thousand hours of formal massage training and is also learned in various meditation techniques..
